The Foundation for the Hungarian Dog Breeds Public Benefit Organization was registered as a public benefit organization under the No. of AM 2657 by Court of Pest County.

The foundation is a public benefit organization with respect to its’ activity that meets the requirements of § 8. of Act CLVI/1997.
Court of Pest County is to send a copy of the present decree to the competent Public Prosecutor - practicing the legal control of the foundation.
Court of Pest County informs the representative of the foundation about the fact that in accordance with paragraph 4 of § 22. of Act CLVI/1997. public benefit organizations are bound to apply either for the cancellation of the title of ’public utility’ or a transfer to a lower class of public utility if its’ operation does not meet the requirements of § 4-5.
The Court informs the founder that they are bound to report the court any changes of details indicated below.
Appeals against the present decree can be lodged to the Court of Budapest within 15 days after receipt - in three copies.
REASONS FOR THE JUDGEMENT
The applicant submitted an application for the registration of a public benefit organization. Since the Deed of Foundation and its enclosures have met the requirements of § 74/A and Act CLVI of the Civil Code, the court decided to register the organization on the basis of the order 12/1990 I.M. and § 51. of Act IV./1972.
